Next meeting 7th September 2020
Eaton Bray Parish Councill will be holding its first official meeting since the lockdown restrictions prevented gatherings. It will be held on 7th September 2020 at 7:30pm at the Coffee Tavern.
Due to social distancing guidelines, to allow the meeting to take place and for councillors to be able to sit at the required social distance, we will not be able to open the meeting to members of the public. A notice will go on Facebook informing residents of the meeting and the restrictions.
Should any members of the public have points that they wish to be raised during the public forum section, they must be emailed to the Clerk no later than 6pm Friday 28th August 2020.
The meeting will also be broadcast via a video Zoom link for any members of the public to join. If you would like to attend the meeting via the Zoom link please use the following link:
Start time 19:30, 7th September 2020
You will be held in the virtual waiting room until 19:30 at which point the meeting will start. Please ensure you mute your microphone on joining. You will be invited to speak during the public open forum. At all other times, please ensure your microphone is muted.
Once the meeting has been held, full minutes will be available to members of the public to view.
In the event that Government advice advises meetings should not go ahead or that a further lockdown be imposed prior to the meeting date, the parish council meeting will be cancelled until such time as the restrictions lift and a new date can be set.
